This hotel is overall an amazing place to stay, the room is very big and comfortable, the double bed was amazing to sleep on after a full day of exploring the city, there was always hot water available for both the shower and the sink, everything is the room was truly in excellent condition and the room had both a radiator and an a/c which kept the room perfectly warm. The staff was very accommodating, I had to check in 2 hours earlier without giving a heads up beforehand due to a horrible headache I had (extreme jetlag) and before that I also dropped off my luggage in their storage room which was a huge relief for me, during my stay the housekeepers were extremely respectful in the morning hours trying to keep the amount of noise to a minimum and not knocking on doors to clean the rooms instead they would wait to see that the room was not occupied and then go in to clean no matter what time I left in the morning which I appreciated a lot since I like to sleep in and I usually didn't leave my room before 10-12am, from my experience with other hotels I had absolutely no expectations for the room to be cleaned after a specific time but to my surprise everyday I would walk in to a neat clean room. The location is also really good especially for someone who walks a lot during trips like myself, almost every attraction/monument, cafe or restaurant that I wanted to go to was under 2.5km away which to me was a very walkable distance, but even if you are not, there is a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants and Christmas markets just a few steps away.

Great location on Wenceslas Square but also very quiet, as the hotel is set back from the main thoroughfare, entered via an interior alley with restaurants and theatre off it. We had an apartment, which was the perfect combination of being able to self-cater when we wished but also starting the day with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly (with excellent English) and the apartment was spacious - large bedroom with double bed and double sofa-bed in the living room for our daughter, plus a large bathroom with both bath and separate shower. The kitchen had hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plus nespresso-style coffee-machine. Excellent value-for-money.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for access to the city and many of the tourist and other amenities. The entrance to the hotel didn't give a particularly good impression, being through an arcade with restaurants, offices and a theatre all within the same arcade. However, once inside, it was pleasant enough. My room was large and spacious and the en suite facilities were very good. Air conditioning worked well and the mini bar was reasonably priced, although I didn't use it myself. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable amount of choice, but I didn't feel it was exceptional. Some of the hot food options seemed a little unusual and that was the part that, for me, let it down a little.

Hidden gem off busy Wenceslas square - access is through a passage and the rooms face a courtyard. No views but totally quiet. Beautiful classic decor and very spacious rooms. We were initially given a room with twin beds as the hotel was fully booked but then were moved to a beautiful double room. Very nice breakfast. Location is fantastic for walking everywhere in the centre and even to reach Prague 2 etc. There is a convenient back entrance which leads to a side street (perfect for Bolt/Uber pick up) and famous Kantyna restaurant/market is very close by. I usually have stayed in apartments in Prague, but this was an excellent choice for New Year's. Recommended.

The location is excellent. There are many social areas around the hotel. The Old Town is within walking distance, just a maximum of 10 minutes away. The metro, tram, shopping center, and supermarket are also very close. The front office staff were kind and attentive. They were very helpful during check-in, check-out, and throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent. The room cleaning was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was both delicious and satisfying. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very hardworking, regularly checking and replenishing the buffet items. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
